Raw Hair is unprocessed hair sourced from a single donor. It has never been chemically processed. Raw Hair comes in its natural state. This is the Highest and Luxurious Hair on the market. It is very natural looking and blends very well with your own hair and it requires more love, care, and attention.
With proper care it can last 5 years! it is determined by how well the hair is taken care of.
Treat the hair as if it were your own hair!
It is highly recommended you wash and condition the hair with non-sulfate shampoo and conditioner before installing. (Recommended products: Joico, Organix and Tresemme)
Gently detangle the hair/wig with a wide tooth comb, use lukewarm water to shampoo the hair, rinse the hair with cold water. Follow up with a conditioner, gently detangle with a wide tooth comb starting with the ends working your way up, then rinse out with cold water.
Shampoo & condition your extensions at least every two to three weeks. It is best to squeeze out excess water in your hair and let your hair air dry.
Avoid using products that contain harmful ingredients such as alcohol and sulfates product as it affects the natural state of the hair.

2 Bundles is recommended for 12"-16" (150% density)

Density refers to the amount of hair that will be on your wig/head, expressed in percentage.
Yes, our bundles can be bleached and dyed. We recommend having a professional stylist colour your extensions.
Yes, all orders will be shipped via DHL.
Yes, for all international orders, A Touch of Caramel does not include duties or custom fees in shipping fees. Therefore, depending on the destination country, duties and customs will be levied by the destination country. A Touch of Caramel is not responsible for duties and Customs fees levied by other countries. By purchasing on our website, you agree that any duties and fees levied will be paid by you.

Our company always wants to ensure we give the best quality to our customers. Our processing time after date of purchase:
For bundles, hot tools & hair products: 10-12 business days
For custom wigs: 15 business days
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Weekends/Holidays.
Orders placed on Friday will be processed the Next Working day (Monday)
After the 24-hour cancellation period, order processing will begin. Customers will be informed once processing time has begun and when orders have been shipped.
Please take note that processing time (the amount of time required to prepare your order) is separate from shipping time (the amount of time required for postal services to deliver your order).

Return and Exchanges Policy
Here at A Touch of Caramel, we ensure that our hair is the best quality for our customers. We are wholeheartedly dedicated to providing superior products for our customers. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, due to hygiene purposes and the nature of our products, all sales are final and do not offer refunds or exchanges for our custom wigs, bundles and digital products.
We do accept refunds or exchanges only on Hot Tools or Hair Products.
To be eligible for a return or exchange you must report an issue within 14 days of receiving the product(s).
The product MUST be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
If there is any significant issue with a custom wig, this can be altered from the client's original order. Free alterations will be dependant on the state of the wig.
The custom wig MUST be in its original condition, with all tags, packaging intact, unworn, uncut or altered in anyway.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) back to us.
Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
If the product is eligible for a return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

All items purchased during sales will be considered final sale. Exchanges or refunds will not be permitted.
