Order Cancellation Process

We allow order cancellations within the first 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders will begin our processing stage and cancellations will not be accepted. We kindly advise that all customers should attentively review their baskets before purchasing.

Processing Time 

Our processing time is from 10-15 business days after date of purchase. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding weekends & holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday)

For more information about processing time, please refer to the description under each product type. Due to the custom nature of our products, our processing time are only an approximate timeframe of when your products will be shipped. Under certain conditions, the processing time indicated on each product may vary.

Take note that Processing time is SEPARATE from Shipping time.

All orders will be shipped via DHL.

Shipping Time:

UK: 1-2 business days 

EU, USA & Rest of the World: 2-3 business days.

Kindly be advised to not make any last-minute orders. If you have any deadlines, hair appointments or events, please ensure to make your orders with the awareness of our processing and shipping times. A Touch of Caramel will not be held responsible for any missed appointments or occasions. 

Please note once products are shipped, we (A Touch of Caramel LTD) are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or delayed items.

Route Packaging Protection Policy

Route is a third party insurance policy company added to A Touch of Caramel website to give customers the option to protect their packages during transit. The decision to choose Route to insure packages is solely the responsibility of the customer. A Touch of Caramel is therefore not responsible for claims in connection with packages lost, stolen or damaged. Duties and Customs Fees

For all international orders, A Touch of Caramel does not include duties or custom fees in shipping fees. Therefore, depending on the destination country, duties and customs will be levied by the destination country. A Touch of Caramel is not responsible for duties and Customs fees levied by other countries. By purchasing on our website, you agree that any duties and fees levied will be paid by you.
